It was great fun educating the kids and adults alike about Indian food at India By the Bay (http://indiabythebay.com) event organised by Asia Society Hong Kong ( https://asiasociety.org/hong-kong) and interact with people from various ethnic backgrounds and an extremely diverse mix. Feels wonderful to be a part of one of the greatest Pitch Nights in town and emerge a winner. Yes, we pitched an idea of a cookbook for kids’ meals at the Hidden Truffles Pitch Night and bagged the first prize. It involved presenting your idea in all of three minutes (yes, you heard that right) to a panel of judges and being grilled by them and the audience post the presentation. It was nerve-racking to say the least but so much fun! Pictures and more information on the link below
